Estimating Process
At Design And Save we strive to not only meet your expectations through the entire remodeling process, but also exceed them. This begins with the first time we meet for your in home consultation and ends when you are completely satisfied with your finished project. We have a simple process that consists of 5 steps.
1. Our Process starts with us coming to do an in home consultation where we learn your wants, needs, and budget. Most projects can have a wide range of pricing depending on scope of work and materials used. While we are there we will also measure the area of your project and take photos for us to reference later.
2. Then we go to work for you and create 3D renderings of what your completed project will look like and an approximate price. Depending on the project we usually do several different options on how to complete your project.
3. You come into our showroom to review your design and fine tune it until it matches the picture in your head.
4. Once we have the design complete, we put together a very detailed "Bullet Proof" estimate. We take extra time to provide an extremely accurate estimate that includes all costs and unless you change the scope of the work, the price does not ( Even IF we make a mistake or miss something)
5. We meet again to review your final estimate, make any changes you want, and then get you project on our schedule.

Payments
Projects Under $10,000 - We Collect 50% at signing to schedule your project and 50% at completion.
Projects over $10,000 - We Collect 33% at signing to schedule your project, 33% after rough inspections are passed and balance after final inspections are passed.
Projects Under $10,000 - We Collect 50% at signing to schedule your project and 50% at completion.
Projects over $10,000 - We Collect 33% at signing to schedule your project, 33% after rough inspections are passed and balance after final inspections are passed.
